Annie Perry Yoga and Wellbeing

Annie Perry Yoga aims to empower, nourish and nurture women through yoga - at every life stage!

Annie runs classes for all women, no matter what your size, shape or age from menstruation to menopause and beyond.

Annie is also a trained birth and post-natal doula working in East Kilbride and the surrounding areas, and would love to provide you and your family with unconditional love, support and nurturing as you bring your baby earthside and in the post natal period.

Speech Bubble Languages classes provide a fun, relaxed environment for you to truly enjoy your own language learning adventure. No matter your age, ability or experience, Speech Bubble Languages will support you in achieving your goals… be it just ordering that second (or third!) vin rouge in Paris, or perhaps taking that next step towards fluency to let you make some “real-life” Spanish amigos!

Speech Bubble Languages is a Scottish Qualifications Authority approved training provider. Private tuition (SQA National 4 to Advanced Higher) plus bespoke classes for businesses are also available.

Kidslingo Glasgow South

Carried Away Play

Award Winning, independent Carried Away Play runs Sensory Play classes for babies aged newborn till crawling and Disco Play classes for all ages.

Sensory Play class is a gentle, yet fun, imaginative play class filled with music, stimulating developmental activities that can be transferred easily to your own home.

This class has a focus on parent well-being and creates a judgement free, safe space where we can talk openly and offload about the highs and lows of parenthood.

Disco Play is a super fun, laid back class filled with music, lights, dancing, bubbles and dressing up - with a focus on colour recognition, language development and silliness!

Glow Bambino

Each week we take you and your little one on unique, rainbow lit, glowing, theatrical sensory adventures to support their social, emotional and physical development. Suitable for approx. 1-15 months. We also run ‘Rainbow Relax Baby Massage’ courses, suitable from birth to crawling. Both types of class are followed by (free!) tea / coffee, biscuits and a chance to chat with the other grown ups!

Sing and Sign

Sing and Sign is an award-winning programme specialising in encouraging babies to communicate before speech. We use their natural ability to understand gesture to help them share what they are thinking, feeling or needing.

We have three stages each tailored to your baby’s age from 6 weeks up to 2.5 years. Our Babes course builds a foundation for great communication; in Stage One we learn signs which are helpful for daily life; in Stage Two we cover more advanced subjects including the weather, colours, being helpful, counting, opposites and even phonics.

We use toys, props and music to make the classes fun and interactive. The music also helps everyone remember the hundreds of signs included in the programme.
